two things: you're probably in violation of your EULA taking part in RMT , so to call for a lawsuit is kind of pointless ---- 2) if you used a credit card, call your credit card company and have the charges removed. All credit card purchases are protected. So I don't agree with what you folks choose to do, but getting ripped off is BS also. |

Did anyone ever get the money back? I just opened a dispute with pay pal, i'm curious to see if anyone has gotten a refund through them or if any recourse happend? |

DO NOT EVER USE BROGAME.COM. After reading these comments I am truly outraged, and wondering if perhaps we can take some sort of a combined action against these people, to get them in trouble. Paypal would not wish to do business with such a stupid company. They don't list their gil as out of stock, when in fact it is. Then, after you buy it, you have to go to Live Chat, jump through a bunch of hoops, and all so that they can tell you that only a small fraction is available right now, if any at all. And then of course day after day as you wait hour after hour in live chat, they tell you their manager is off duty, their sender is off duty, and a plethora of other excuses. Payed for power leveling 56 ~ 70 (about 130$) and my account was never even touched. They scam you. I tryed to get my money back and the Live Help was a nightmate. "The manager will be back in 2 hours". Two hours later i hear the manager will be back in 6 hours! This website needs a giant lawsuit. |

I ordered 50g from them and paid like $6. They didn't deliver it until two weeks later, WAY longer than I was quoted, but they did eventually deliver. A month or so after the fact, and my account is still intact. |

Bought 150 gold for $15.00. I got mysteriously 'disconnected' from live chat when I mentioned filing dispute with paypal. I'd advise against brogame for gold. if someone finds a reputable source, please share. |

Purchased porwerleveling 44-70, they bot farmed with my account that got baned. They bot farm with customers accounts that order powerleveling and sell the golds. I played my character like 2days, no golds, no skill training, nothing. They sell all the money and get your account baned for boting, and don't foget the money from your order. Same thing with a friend of mine. Beware everyone! |

all they do is farm my toon but never level him i got the 65-70 package anf never got leveld so i just cut my losses and changed my PW before they could really screw my account. in the end it was okthough they left me with 993 gold but no pwerleveling. |

OMG, baught a 1-70 power level. When my guy was lvl 60, i try to get on and the says password was changed. These bastards STATE that they use a US ISP, but after receiving email from bliz stating my account has been deleted, its truely obvious that their from China which violates the terms of agreement for US accounts. Trying to get a refun from these guys is like pulling teeth. BEWARE OF BROGAME. |

Failed to deliver 25% of virtual WOW gold orfered. Claim they did deliver, but in log of online support they admit not deliver, same in an email. Account statement is still marked as a "pending" order. Pay Pal sucked in dispute resolution as they bailed becasue their policies specifically state they have no "role" in deliver of items. These people are frauds pure and simple. |

Paid to powerlevel my wow character, and it's a good thing I had them do it on a different account than where my main is because they got it banned in TWO DAYS. They gave me a huge runaround about a refund, they sent me to their live help, who sent me to some e-mail address, who didn't reply for 2 days. A different e-mail address completely got the ball rolling on my partial refund. I wasn't even mad that they took $30, I was just glad to get MOST of the money back, because I was expecting them to screw me over completely. Avoid these guys! |

This site was directly responsible for my perm. loss for 4 level 70 characters. Blizzard sent me a letter stating my account was directly associated with an attempt to hack warden to gain access to the WoW server I was on. Furthermore on mailing blizz - they stated also that the login point of origin wasn't my normal one - it was obviously that brogame service. |

Bought 1000 gold after 3 day and 25 emails they claim to have sent 4000 gold to my account and I was scamming them. Refused to give refund first, they always said they would just send the gold again. Filing with Paypal for refund now. |

do not use... they deleted my character then told me it was my fault so i got my character back and then they used it to farm stuff instead of powerlvling it very very bad |
