About GamePriceWatcher.com Graphs

As part of my interest in Virtual Economies, I've been tracking the prices of many virtual currencies for several years now. I've finally found a good way to represent all of this data in graphical format. I believe this will help us to continue to understand how these economies function.

Ideas Wanted

I'm currently working on developing some other interesting graphs. Please let me know if you have a particular graph that you are interested in seeing

Gaps in the graph

There have been a few times when I haven't noticed that pricing data wasn't being collected and archived properly. These periods show up as gaps in the graph. Unfortunately I don't have a way to recreate the missing data, so we'll have to live with the gaps.

Extremely high or extremely low prices

In a couple of the games, you'll notice a short period of very high or very low prices. This may even tend to throw off the scale of the graph. These occurred during times when my the scripts were retrieving incorrect data, so the graphs appear incorrect. I plan to go back and remove these obvious incorrect values, but it will take some time and patience.

Displaying and sharing the graphs

Feel free to make copies of the graphs, and link to the graphs directly. I only ask that you provide a link to http://www.gamepricewatcher.com/ on any pages on your site in which these graphs appear.
